At Sebfour Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

• You can return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process:

1. Contact our team via WhatsApp or phone with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup or drop-off.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Refunds are made via Mobile Money or bank transfer.
• Processing takes up to 3 business days after approval.

Note:
Shipping or delivery charges (outside Kampala) are non-refundable.
